J.D. joined Broadwind in the summer of 2008 as our vice president and general counsel. He coordinates and provides leadership in addressing the dynamic legal issues facing a growing public company such as Broadwind. Prior to joining Broadwind, J.D. was at Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP, a Chicago law firm, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. J.D. earned his undergraduate degree in political science and environmental studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his law degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.
