Big for most people is all in a day’s work at RBA. No one has more experience when it comes to large weldments, and no one does it better.
Since 1985, we’ve been welding huge steel parts for the equipment that manhandles the most colossal jobs on the planet and within human capability. They’re in presses that flatten tons of material at a time, hoisting wind turbines 80 meters into the air and scooping scores of cubic yards of earth and minerals at a dip.
We provide assembly, fabrication, machining, refurbishing and welding for companies that build, use and beat on their massive equipment day in and day out. They’re in industries as diverse as auto and crane manufacturing and assembly, construction, marine, mining and metals. We have welded steel up to 10 inches thick into finished parts that weigh from 5,000 to more than 385,000 pounds. As impressive as the sizes are, the quality of the welding and assembly is even more so.
