Bob provides human resources leadership for all our platforms and business units. Prior to joining Broadwind, Bob held numerous human resource leadership roles in North America, Europe and Asia with Whirlpool Corp., where he completed his tenure as vice president of Global Human Resources. He also led HR integration activities related to Whirlpool’s acquisition of Maytag Corp. Bob began his career with BP, where he supported mergers and acquisitions of energy companies and held various leadership positions in manufacturing, R&D and corporate organizations. He holds an MBA from the University of Houston-Victoria and an undergraduate degree in human resources management from Ohio University. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management. |
